We know that no-one likes to pay for postage for items they purchase on-line. That's why at urbanyoga we offer all our U.K Mainland customers customers FREE ECONOMY DELIVERY * (3-5 working days) on their purchases when they spend over £100.00. Or when you spend over £100 you can upgrade this to NEXT WORKING DAY for only £2.95

If you spend less than £100.00 we still offer great prices on postage too with you never paying more than £4.95 for our standard postage and £6.50 for a NEXT DAY* service.

Want your items quickly?

No problem! If you want your items quickly you can have your items delivered NEXT DAY* by PREMIUM Courier on ALL purchases for only £6.50 (or £11.95 if you need a Saturday delivery)

Our prices for our goods are already the best in the U.K and with these postage options it makes your choice even easier!

Non Mainland UK

For our customers who live in Non UK Mainland locations we are unfortunately unable to offer the same delivery options and prices as the mainland due to the increased charges we are charged by delivery companies to send items here. As with ALL our delivery options, urbanyoga does NOT make any money from these and in many circumstances we even subsidise it! Delivery charges to Non UK Mainland destinations will be shown at checkout. For small items the prices are very similar to Mainland delivery charges and for heavy items (like mats) are a few pounds more expensive to send.

International Postage

We are more than happy to send products around the world, but as many of our items (especially Mats) are heavy it means that the shipping can be quite expensive. For items of clothing and towels we have pretty competitve rates. We are working to secure better prices for our International customers. As an example you may expect to pay £5.99 for a yoga towel to mainland Europe. Prices will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Notes

 * NEXT DAY service is next working day on Mainland U.K orders only placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday (unless you choose the Saturday delivery option) Orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday (unless it's a Bank Holiday, in which case it'll be Wednesday!). PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a NEXT DAY service, niether the couriers or urbanyoga can GUARANTEE NEXT DAY. Currently around 98% of NEXT DAY deliveries arrive with our customers the NEXT WORKING DAY.

Not received your delivery?

Please see delivery notes above for details on when to expect your items. However, if you've not received your items within 7 working days of placing your order (for Economy or Supersaver delivery) or Next Working Day (for Next Day service) then please contact customer services on 0845 519 7121 or info@urbanyoga.co.uk quoting your order number and we will track your item/s and come back to you with an update within 24 hours (if not sooner!).

Failed Delivery

If your items are delivered by courier it is important to note that they will only attempt to deliver your items a MAXIMUM of 2 times. If they are unable to deliver your items after 2 attempts your items will then be returned back to us. Unfortunately you will then have to pay £6.50 to cover the cost of having the item re-delivered to you and is the cost we are charged by the courier company. Please bare this in mind and consider when you will be at the delivery address to receive your items. The courier will always leave a calling card should you miss them and you will then be able to re-book a convenient time directly with them.

It can be beneficial to supply us with 'back up' instructions like, "leave with neighbour" "leave in shed" etc which we can forward to the courier company for you. It can also help if you supply your mobile number during the checkout process as we can add this to the consignment details and the driver can call if there are problems.
