We haven't really been asked too many questions so we made a few up just in case you may be asking yourself this but were to afraid to ask!!
Issues paying with American Express? (please read)
We have been informed that our credit card payment company has stopped accepting American Express, so if you input your card details in the standard way it WONT accept it. However you can still pay for goods using American Express by processing the payment via our Paypal system. Don't worry, you don't need to have or open a paypal account. Just click on the 'Pay with Paypal' link when at checkout and then click on the button that says “Don’t have a Paypal Account – Pay with a credit or debit card” and you’ll then be able to pay for your items using an American Express card this way.
When I click on certain items it says this item is already sold out!
As a responsible retailer we don't sell what we don't actually have in stock. Obviously we try to maintain stock levels so that products are always available for you to purchase, but sometimes there can be a rush of demand on certain things (usually out of the blue!) and we run out. Usually we'll have the item back in stock within a few days but if you want to check on any items availability or when they'll be available to purchase again then just give us a call on 0845 519 7121. We've also introduced a cool new feature on our website which will send you an e-mail as soon as an item becomes available again. Just look out for the little green 'tab' near the urbanyoga logo that says "NOTIFY ME when available" Just fill in the details and as soon as we add the item back into stock you'll get a message to say so! Cool!
I've seen an item on the brands website that you don't have. Can I order this from you?
Yes you can! We can't stock every item that our brands produce but we do try to stock all the lines we think our customers want. If you see something and we don't already stock it, just give us a call or drop us an e-mail with your contact details on along with details of the item you've seen and we can order it in for you.
I've seen you accept Paypal, do I need to have a Paypal account to shop with you?
No, you don't need a Paypal Account, although you can choose to pay this way if you want. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our website and on telephone orders too.
I'm unsure on what you'll charge me for sending me my items.
If you are on the U.K Mainland you will NEVER pay more than £6.50 for your delivery and if you spend more than £100 you can have your items delivered FREE with our FREE NEXT DAY delivery option (1-2 working days). Costs to locations outside of the U.K Mainland vary and will be shown to you at checkout.
When will I get my items?
This will obviously depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout. As a rough guide you should expect NEXT DAY deliveries within 1-2 working days, Standard deliveries within 3-5 working days . We do all we can to speed up the delivery process for you regardless of the shipping option you choose. Most orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be sent out the same day
What if I want my item tomorrow?
We can arrange NEXT DAY delivery on ALL orders placed BEFORE 1pm Mon-Fri (Saturday deliveries are slightly more expensive) You must place your order BEFORE 1pm and then select the PRIORITY NEXT DAY shipping option at checkout. Please note that although almost all next day deliveries are delivered next day the courier company Citylink (and therefore also urbanyoga) cannot guarantee this.
Who do you use for sending me my items
We use a combination of Royal Mail (usually for smaller items) and Citylink Couriers (for larger or Priority shipments)
