RETURNS

We want you to be able to buy with confidence from us. We know some of the items we have you may never have seen before and product images on websites don't always show you everything you want. So if you buy something from us and you're not totally happy with it, as long as it's in an unused/unopened and resellable state with all tags/wrapping intact, you can send it back to us for a full refund (minus postage costs). Just ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by e-mail info@urbanyoga.co.uk detailing the reason for return (wrong size etc) and then ensure item is returned to us within 10 days of that! Simple!

GUARANTEE

All products from urbanyoga are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we (or the manufacturer) will replace the item (where possible) or offer you a full refund including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note: this is strictly an office address to process our returns (not a shop) and we do not keep stock or retail at this address. We therefore can only accept returns via royal mail or registered courier companies.

With all returns we would recommend customers use a recorded & insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their delivery back to us.
